Hello, I’m Maddie Bloemer, a 26-year-old newly graduated occupational therapist. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville in 2022 and recently completed my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Xavier University. I bring over 1,300 hours of clinical experience across a variety of practice settings. My current professional interests include neurological rehabilitation and working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This website provides an overview of my background, experiences, and the professional goals I aspire to achieve!
My mission as an occupational therapist is to support individuals in achieving their fullest potential. Whether that involves independently completing daily self-care tasks, engaging meaningfully with peers, or relearning fundamental motor skills, I am committed to being an active partner in their journey. I strive to empower each person to return to the activities that matter most to them and contribute to their overall well-being and happiness.
